Kylie Rowe is a 3x entrepreneur, a keynote speaker, group trainer and a representative for companies looking to supercharge their leadership teams. Kylie designs actionable plans for teams and individual contributors to become the best leaders of themselves, and she guides organizations to establish a leadership position in their industry through business development, strategy advancement and reputation enhancement.
Prior to living with purpose as a full-time entrepreneur, Kylie served as a vice president of the Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance (LVGEA) where she led communications, marketing, government affairs, strategic partnerships, new initiatives and served as a business development executive for the regional development authority. Before moving to Las Vegas, Kylie spent more than a decade in Reno where she was the vice president of relocation and corporate services at Dickson Realty, a trustee on the board of the Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada (EDAWN) and a team member of TEDxUniversityofNevada. Kylie was also the assistant director of the Ozmen Center for Entrepreneurship in The College of Business and the President of Nevada’s Graduate Student Association. As a three-time graduate of University of Nevada, Kylie earned a bachelor’s degree in economics, a master’s degree in social work and a master’s degree in business administration. Kylie was recognized as the 2020 Executive of the Year in Las Vegas; she was honored as a ‘Twenty Under 40’ award winner in Reno-Tahoe, the ‘Best Talk Show Host’ of Northern Nevada and Outstanding MBA student by the University of Nevada. Kylie enjoys hiking and she is most commonly known for wearing hats.
