Prior to starting Integrity Partners, Lanetta specialized in business turnaround helping companies attain or return to profitability with customized strategies either thru best practices in accounting or specialized software implementation as well as processes and systems.

Also active in the community, Lanetta was previously a member of Civitan, and formerly served as a chapter chair for NAWBO, Co-Founder of PowHer of WE.
