On March 10, 2016 you have an opportunity to participate in Nevada’s Big Give; a 24-hour event of giving. Many people in Nevada and from around the world will be given the opportunity to donate money to their favorite charities, so they can further their mission. B. E. A. S.H.E.R.O. Foundation is happy to be one of the charities that is participating in this global event.
B. E. A. S.H.E.R.O. Foundation’s mission is to provide resources needed to support, sustain and empower young girls and women under the age of 25 who have been abused, abandoned, and exploited. We intend to accomplish this mission by bringing other agencies with similar missions together and being a resource center for these organizations.
This is why Nevada’s Big Give is the perfect opportunity for you to show your support for young women and girls around the world. With your help, we can make a huge difference in young girls and women’s lives. When you participate in Nevada’s Big Give, you can donate as little as $ 10 to or as much as you like to your favorite charity. If you are like most donors, you probably would like to know what your donation will provide. Here are the different donation levels and how they help young girls and women around the world:
$10– This donation level provides a personal hygiene kit for recently rescued teens.
$25- This donation level provides a comfort kit, which, includes a pair of socks and PJ’s for our homeless youth.
$ 50- This donation level provides one hour of counseling to young women and girls who have been victims of abuse.
$100– This donation can provide all of the items listed above as well as additional resources to further our mission.
$500– This donation can provide all of the items listed above as well as help us raise awareness about human trafficking, sexual exploitation, poverty, and many important issues these young women are facing.
